Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the exclusive nature of our drops and limited inventory, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases.

Exception Policy (Wrong or Damaged Items Only)

We do make rare exceptions in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item, wrong size, or
  • Your item arrived with significant damage or defect not caused during shipping

If you experience one of these issues, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [insert email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Return Shipping

  • If the mistake was on our end (wrong item or confirmed defect), we'll cover the cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid label
  • If the issue is not a result of our error, we unfortunately cannot cover shipping or accept the return

Store Credit & Resolutions

If your return is approved and the item passes inspection:

  • You'll receive a store credit in the form of a digital code for the item's original purchase value
  • Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and does not expire
  • No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances

 

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements or appears to be worn, washed, or altered.
